Ginger Rice


1 table-spoon of fresh Ginger
1 cup chopped coriander
3 garlic cloves
1 chicken broth cube
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1 1/2 cups of Basmati rice
2 tablespoons olive oil

Cooking directions:

  • Rinse rice and strain
  • Chop onion into small pieces
  • Peal and pound garlic and ginger
  • Heat olive oil in a pan
  • Add onions and fold until golden
  • Add rice
  • Add 2 cups of water
  • add chicken broth cube
  • cover and place lower heat for 30 minutes
