What we eat, and how we eat determines how well we live. Moreover, how our meals are prepared has a significant impact on our well-being. I’ve long had an interest in food, aromas, food sources, fresh ingredient, and customs around food. In recent years, I’ve come across books and movies dedicated to the subject of food and its impact on our individual and collective well-being. My recipes fuse love, culture, family traditions, sensory engagement, reflection and memories. I hope I can relay a fraction of the bliss I feel when I prepare a meal.
